Your Small Biz WizPrivacy Policy
Your Small Biz Wiz, LLC ("we," "us") is owned by BJ Stover and operates yoursmallbizwiz.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a quote, we receive your name, business name, email, phone number (if you give it), the services you checked and your message. If you call, text or email us, we receive what you share.
- Basic site usage. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, and Metricool, which uses cookies or similar technology to show how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us. These tools report totals and trends; we don't use them to identify you.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your quote.
- To call or text you about that request, if you gave us your number. We don't send marketing texts unless you agree to them separately, and you can reply STOP at any time.
- To keep a record of our conversations and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, security, email forwarding and analytics), Metricool (site statistics), a form-delivery service that forwards quote requests to our inbox, Google (email and our business phone line) and, for clients, the tools we set up together. They handle information only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and related messages as long as needed to respond and keep a business record, generally no longer than three years unless we are working together.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent. Email bstover@yoursmallbizwiz.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to our inbox is limited. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details through the form.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
